Tour overview
If you have a short time in Mongolia we are offering you to meet two Mongolian symbols: Genghis Khan on his horse and the Takhi Wild Horses.
Head first to the famous Hustai National Park who has re-introduced in the wild the Takhi. The Takhi is the last species of wild horses in the world. This park is also home to more wildlife such as the red deer, grey wolves and more. Enjoy a hike in the park to see how many animals you are able to spot.
Next day we will drive you to the Terelj National Park. The famous Genghis Khan! The park hosts a 40m tall statue of this Mongolian legend on horseback. The statue is located where Genghis Khan found his golden whip and it is facing his birthplace. Enter the statue to visit its inside museum and have a walk on its horse head to enjoy the view.

Day 1. Hustai National Park – Takhi Wild Horses
After breakfast, we’ll travel to Hustai National Park, home to the legendary Mongolian wild horses (Takhi), also known as Przewalski horses, along with other fascinating wildlife. A packed lunch will be served during the day. We’ll go on a hike through the park, getting closer to nature and experiencing the beauty of the landscape. After the visit, we’ll return to Stepperiders’ camp, where you’ll spend the night in a cozy ger, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
Day 2.Terelj National park & Visit at the Genghis Khan Equestrian Statue.
The next morning, we’ll drive to Terelj National Park, famous for its extraordinary rock and stone formations. This park is part of the Khentii Mountain Range, offering stunning natural landscapes. We’ll visit the impressive Genghis Khan statue, standing at an incredible 40 meters tall. You’ll have the opportunity to climb up to the horse's head and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. A packed lunch will be served during the day. In the afternoon, we’ll drive you back to Ulaanbaatar or Stepperiders camp to conclude your unforgettable adventure.
