Do you like horses, hiking, and the great outdoors?
We are looking for an assistant who is comfortable around horses and likes helping people. About half of our guests have ridden only a few times, and need some assistance as they build their confidence level. You don't need years of experience with horses, but if you are helpful and friendly by nature, you will be a big help to us. Depending on how busy we are, you will sometimes be able to go with our horsemen on multi-day horse treks.
Can 
you help us learn English?
We need someone who enjoys teaching and experience teaching ESL. Our staff have different levels of English experience. Some are just starting, and some have been studying for several years. Even if you don't have horse riding experience, if you have experience teaching English, please apply
Accomodations
You will stay in a traditional Mongolia ger, which you will share with 3 other staff members. We have an outhouse and a shower house on site. We have no electricity or running water. You will have spare time to go into town to check email or make phone calls. You will be able to catch a ride with our driver as he makes the run back and forth to town.
Free Time
In your free time, you can stay on site and fly a kite, ride a horse, read, hike, play with the kids, etc. We also visit the neighbors fairly often. They have delicious yoghurt, and we ride over to buy some once a week or so.
